Cancellation/Refund Policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • All our subscriptions and services are digital in nature and are therefore delivered/provided access to service, immediately after purchase.

  • You get immediate access to our services after payment. There is no physical delivery.

  • In the unlikely technical error event that we are unable to deliver a service or subscription immediately after purchase, we will notify you as soon as possible.

  • Once your payment is complete, you will have immediate access to the our website services.

  • We encourage you to keep your email address and contact information up to date to ensure you get the service access needed.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your Subscriptions at any time. Please note that you must cancel your Subscription before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month's Subscription fee. If you cancel your Subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the then- current Subscription period.


NO REFUNDS

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS, OR PRORATED BILLING FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT ARE CANCELLED. In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your Subscription until the end of the current subscription period.
